Public Worship Services

Public services shall be held each week, on the Lord's Day. (1 Corinthians 16:2; Hebrews 10: 24-25)

The Ministry

God, through the Holy Spirit, definitely calls those as He desires to serve as apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors and teachers, and specifically endues the one called with the talents and gifts peculiar to that office or offices (Ephesians 4:11, 12). Under no circumstance should anyone be ordained or set apart to any such office unless the calling is distinct and evident.

Child Dedication

Parents desiring to dedicate their children to the Lord, and themselves to the task of raising their children in the nurture and admonition of the Lord, may do so during a regular public service of River Of Life Church.

Charismatic Gifts

Word of wisdom, Word of knowledge, Faith, Gift of Healing, Working of miracles, Prophecy, Discerning of spirits, Diverse kinds of tongues, Interpretation of tongues.

We accept as brethren those who believe that these same gifts are among us today. We also accept as brethren those who believe that the same gifts were withdrawn when the canon of Scripture was closed. We believe that any claim to extra-biblical communications from God must be tested by, and in agreement with, the weight and spirit of Scripture. (1 Corinthians 12)
